Technical Questions

1. How do I create an account?
Please have your membership card in hand and go to https://myltf.lifetimefitness.com. Follow the instructions to create an account.


2. The website says "Account Suspended"
For security reasons, your account becomes locked after too many attempts to log in with incorrect credentials. Please log in again after one hour. Note: If another incorrect password/secret question is entered during within 24 hours, your account will be locked for a 24 hour period.


3. I didn't get my activation email.
If you registered within the past week, please check your bulk mail/junk mail/suspect mail folder or go to My Life Time Fitness and request that the activation email be resent.


4. When I click the link in my activation email, the web site says the link has expired.
Please go to My Life Time Fitness and request that the activation email be resent.


5. The website says an account with the given information was already created, but I don't remember creating it and don't know what it is.
Please come in to your club to have it deleted. You can then create an account.


6. I've forgotten my username.
Go to Retrieve Account Username and provide your member number (on your membership card below the barcode) and email address that you registered with. On the second step, provide the answer to your secret question and the system will create a new password and email it to you along with your username. Log in with the new password, go to My Profile, and change your password if desired.


7. I've forgotten my password.
Go to Reset Account Password and provide your user name and email address and the system will create a new password and email it to you. Log in with the new password, go to My Profile, and change password if desired. Note: If you don't have access to the email address you used when you created your account, go to Reset Account Password and Update Email Address.


8. I can't create an account because my account information does not match.
Please come into your club with documentation of your birth date so we can update your profile.

1. Who can create an account on My Life Time Fitness?
You must be a Life Time Fitness Member whose status is not suspended or terminated, and you must be age 13 or over.


2. How do I let the partner on my membership access membership data?
Log in and authorize partner to have access to all data otherwise limited to Primary. Your partner must also be a member.


3. I'm under 18 and want to create my own Club Tab account.
For security and verification, please visit your club to set up an account.


4. How do I add a member to or remove a member from my membership?
Please come into your club to make the change to your membership.


5. Why can't I see Club Tab payments I've made in LifeSpa and LifeCafé?
Their sales data is not currently available for viewing on your account at My Life Time Fitness.


6. How do I add or change a Club Tab account or the members who are authorized to use it?
Log in to My Life Time Fitness, click on My Profile to view Club Tab Account and follow directions.


7. How do I change membership data?
Log in to My Life Time Fitness, click on My Profile to view Membership Data and follow directions. If you want to make changes that are not available on this screen, please come into the club.


8. Why can't I see all Club Tab transactions made on my credit card?
Their sales data is not currently available for viewing on your account at My Life Time Fitness.


9. I changed my last name and need to update my membership information.
Please provide documentation of your name change to the Member Services desk at your club.


10. How do I cancel my membership?
Please visit Member Services in your club or send a certified letter to cancel your membership.
